Sometimes certain browsers have issues with properly rendering or downloading ebooks or PDFs. If the browser you are using isn't working, try a different one.
TIP: If you have trouble using a PDF in a browser, try right clicking the "Download PDF" link and saving the file to your computer using the "Save file as" functionality. You should be able to then open the file as normal.
