      Archive from early 1980s to yesterday.
    • Academic Search Complete
      A subscription database. Good starting place for journals from every discipline. Includes the full text of about 3000 journals. Limit to "peer reviewed" to find only scholarly articles. Back issues of journals begin as early as 1990. Recent issues may not be included yet, due to publisher agreement. Journals held in Trexler Library are marked accordingly.
    • America: History & Life with Full Text
      U.S. history and culture journal articles.
    • Google Scholar
      Broad-based access to scholarly journal articles, especially when connecting to campus journal holdings.
    • Historical Abstracts with Full Text
      A subscription database for non-U.S. history. Some full text.

    Statistical data

    • American Factfinder
      A database from the U.S. Census Bureau with population, housing, and business statistics at the country, state, county, city, and zip code levels.
    • Pew Hispanic Center
      The center conducts public opinion polling, demographic studies, media content analysis and other empirical social science research. Pew Research does not take positions on any of the issues it covers or on policy debates.
