All electronic resources are directly available from any networked computer on campus and any computer or device logged in to the campus ‘wi-fi’ network. (For instructions on how to log in to the campus network, contact the Muhlenberg Office of Information Technology.)
After you have located a title with a link to an ebook in Encompass, you will see a “View eBook” button similar to those below. Click the link for the ebook and you should have immediate access!
After clicking, you will be taken to the ebook vendor's website where you will be given access, or instructions on what to do next.
Alternately, you can click on the blue title link to get more detailed information about the ebook, as well as alternate links (if available). This is especially helpful when the first link doesn't work properly...
To locate the list of alternate links, scroll to the bottom of the record and click on the "Access Online" dropdown. You will then see a list of all the links for the ebook.
