Verify your IP address

If you are on campus (and using the Campus IP range) you should have access to all Library materials without having to log in. 

If you don't have access, check your IP address by visiting

You are using the Campus IP range if the result is within one of the following two ranges:

  • to
  • to

If you are on campus and still having problems, skip to the step in check your browser titled 'clearing your cache.'​​

If you are trying to access materials from off campus, you will need to authenticate using your credentials--the same as you use to log in to campus email or Canvas.  (This will send your request through an IP address recognized as if it's on campus.)

Once authenticated, you should be re-directed directly to the resource requested.
